Descripción del Tour:

Following breakfast at your hotel, we will commence a 9-hour excursion to explore the Argentine side of the Iguazú National Park.
This adventure allows us to witness the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls in three segments:
Devil's Throat: The journey begins with a quaint train ride covering 4 km, ultimately reaching the Devil's Throat. This spot provides access to the upper Iguazú River, where we traverse walkways leading to a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Devil's Throat.
Upper Circuit: A 500-meter ascent (approximately 45 minutes) offers panoramic views of the Dos Hermanos, Bossetti, Adan y Eva, Bernabe Mendez, Mbiguá, and San Martin falls from an elevated vantage point. Options include rappelling down or taking a 4x4 vehicle to the lower areas of the falls.
Lower Circuit: Guided by a professional, this trail spans about 1,300 meters, taking roughly 1.5 hours to explore the lower sections of the falls. This tour includes transfers to the Iguazú National Park Visitor Center, where guests can catch a train back to the Devil's Throat. Admission is not included.
During the day, enjoy lunch at one of the park's restaurants or bring a packed meal from Puerto Iguazú for an outdoor dining experience.
In the afternoon, we will embark on a 12 km journey through the missionary jungle in 4x4 off-road vehicles, observing and learning about the diverse flora and fauna.
Upon reaching Puerto Macuco, we will board zodiac boats and navigate 12 km through the lower Iguazú rapids, entering the canyon of the Devil's Throat.
Next, we will proceed to the Salto San Martín and Tres Mosqueteros to experience a refreshing "shower" at the Falls. Our journey concludes with a disembarkation in front of San Martín Island.
The boats are equipped with life jackets for all passengers, adhering to the safety standards set by the National Prefecture.
After this exhilarating experience, which lasts approximately one hour and 45 minutes, we will begin our return to Puerto Iguazú.

Preguntas Frecuentes

The tour includes private transportation from your accommodation in Puerto Iguazú, a professional Spanish-speaking guide, entrance fees to Iguazú National Park, and the Gran Aventura tour (boat ride under the falls and a walk through the jungle). You'll also have free time to explore the park's main scenic trails, observe the flora and fauna, and walk along the walkways to the famous Devil's Throat. It's ideal for those looking for a personalized experience of Iguazú Falls with adventure activities.

The Iguazu Falls excursion, including the Great Adventure Tour, lasts approximately 8 to 10 hours. Departure is generally in the morning, around 7:30 or 8:00 AM, to make the most of the day enjoying nature and the various activities offered. Return is usually in the afternoon. It is recommended to confirm the exact departure time at the time of booking, as it may vary depending on the season and tourist demand.

A trip to Iguazu National Park is ideal for the whole family, but the Great Adventure Tour, which includes a boat ride under the falls, has safety restrictions: children under 12, pregnant women, and people with heart conditions or reduced mobility cannot participate. However, those who cannot do this activity can enjoy the trails and the fantastic views of the falls from the walkways, which are accessible to most visitors.

For a trip to Iguazu Falls, we recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing, non-slip walking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat or cap, and bringing a water bottle. If you're participating in the Great Adventure Tour, it's essential to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect your belongings, as they are likely to get wet during the boat ride. Don't forget your camera to capture the unforgettable scenery of this tourist destination.

Yes, booking in advance is essential to secure your spot, especially during peak season or holidays. Private tours and the Great Adventure Tour typically have limited capacity per day and are in high demand among travelers who want to optimize their Iguazu Falls experience. Furthermore, booking in advance guarantees the availability of transfers, entrance fees, and guides. For added security, we recommend booking online through reputable tour operators like Best Iguazu Tours.
