In this section of the Sub-Tropical Jungle near the Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side, visitors can admire a remarkable array of ferns, orchids, begonias, birds, and butterflies as they stroll along. The park also serves as a haven for a diverse range of native species.
Upon passing through the entrance, proceed to the “Central Station”
where you have the option of boarding a train service that will take you to either the “Station Cataracts” or the “Devil’s Throat Station”. Alternatively, you can reach the Waterfall Circuits (Upper and Lower Walkway) via the “Sendero Verde” Pedestrian Path, a 600-meter trail beginning at the Visitor Center and concluding at the Cataratas Station.From here, you can embark on:
Top Walk: An 800-meter elevated walkway designed to avoid disturbing the jungle's wildlife. This circuit allows for breathtaking views of waterfalls such as Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez, and M´Bigua, among others.
Duration of the walk is one (1) hour.
Difficulty range: descent, no stairs.
Bottom Walk: A 1,600-meter elevated walkway offering views from the base of Dos Hermanas, Alvar Núñez, San Martín, and Bosetti falls, as well as the Peñón de la Bella Vista, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Devil’s Throat and the Lower Iguazu River Canyon. This offers a unique opportunity to feel a part of the natural world, experiencing the grandeur of the falls up close.

Devil’s Throat: Departing from Cataratas Station, the train travels to Garganta Station in approximately 18 minutes. The walkway extends for 1,200 meters, leading to the main balcony where you can marvel at the most spectacular and significant waterfalls of the Falls, the Devil’s Throat.
