Tour Description

Day 01

Upon arrival at Puerto Iguazú Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Accommodation: Stay in a standard room at your selected hotel, including breakfast for three nights.

Day 02

Iguazú Falls - Argentine Side

During this guided regular excursion, you will explore the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls through three distinct sections:

Devil's Throat: Begin your visit with a short train ride covering 4 km to reach Devil's Throat, offering access to the upper Iguazú River. From here, stroll along walkways leading to a balcony with a stunning view of Devil's Throat.

Upper Circuit: Embark on a 500-meter (45-minute) ascent to admire the Dos Hermanos, Bossetti, Adán y Eva, Bernabé Méndez, Mbiguá, and San Martín Falls from above.

Lower Circuit: Accompanied by a professional guide, enjoy a 1,300-meter walk lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes to view the falls from the lower level. The excursion includes transportation to the Iguazú National Park Visitor Center, where guests can board the train back to Devil's Throat.

Day 03

Iguazú Falls - Brazilian Side

Join us for a half-day tour of the Brazilian side of the Iguazú Falls. After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, embark on a half-hour bus journey across the river to the park.

Walk approximately one hour along a 1,000-meter trail from the Hotel Das Cataratas, leading you to a spectacular viewpoint of Devil's Throat, where the majority of Iguazú Falls' water cascades. Standing at 80 meters, Devil's Throat is the most impressive single waterfall and a must-see attraction.

You will have the opportunity to purchase lunch at a restaurant within the park or enjoy a picnic if you bring your meal, in one of the park's most picturesque areas. Alternatively, you can wait to have lunch upon returning to Puerto Iguazú.

In the early afternoon, you’ll begin your return journey to Puerto Iguazú, leaving you with a free afternoon and evening.

Day 04

Transfer to the airport with a Spanish-speaking guide.

Entrance to Iguazu National Park is not included in the tour. Tickets are purchased at the park entrance, with different rates for Argentinians, Mercosur residents, foreigners, children, students, and retirees. Prices are dynamic and subject to change; it is recommended to check the current rates on the park's official website before your trip. Payment is generally accepted in local currency (Argentine pesos) and electronically, subject to availability. Bring your ID or passport to apply for the appropriate category. A discounted re-entry is available on the second day if validated at the ticket office. Please keep your ticket. Optional activities within the park are paid for separately.

To enjoy the excursion, wear comfortable, non-slip shoes, lightweight, quick-drying clothing, a rain jacket or poncho, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, a reusable water bottle, and snacks. A waterproof case for your phone/camera is useful due to the humidity and mist. The climate is subtropical: hot and humid summers; mild winters. The Falls are a year-round nature tourism destination: after rain, the flow is greater (more impressive, but walkways may be closed), and during peak season (holidays and holidays) there are more visitors. Inside the park, you'll find restaurants, restrooms, and shops. Check the forecast and allow plenty of time.

The tour is suitable for families with children and seniors who can walk at a leisurely pace. Most of the route follows safe walkways with railings; the Upper Circuit is flatter and has fewer stairs than the Lower Circuit. There are sections with inclines that require a basic level of fitness. Strollers are permitted in certain areas.
